I just came back from Fern' s house. I went there to eat dinner with Fern, her mother and a friend of Fern' s mother. We ate Thai food, including rice noodle with curry, glass noodle salad and fruit. We were watching the death ceremony of king's older sister when we ate. We enjoyed eating because everything was delicious. Fern's mother gave me a glass of kahlua with milk. I left there around ten o'clock. Before I left, Fern's mother gave me Thai dessert. It was Thai coconut jelly.

I'm getting very hungry thinking of all that good food even though I just ate dinner! Fern also wrote about the dinner. I'm glad you were invited. It sounds lovely. I'm sorry about the King's sister's death. She must have lived a long life though.
