Chilli paste
My cousin just came back from Thailand yesterday. She bought several souvenirs for her friends such as Thai silk, silver ware, ceramics, etc.. Her mother cooked chili paste for me. It's spicy but I like it. It made from ground dry red chili, vegetable oil, sugar, shrimp, pork.Yesterday I ate too much because it is difficult to find original Thai chili pate here. I miss Thai food especially, Thai dessert. Thai dessert is very sweet but I do like it.

My favorite Thai dessert is mango with sticky rice. Is that a real Thai dessert or just something they serve in Thai restaurants in the U.S.?
